- How do you price your engagements?
- We work on a time-and-materials basis with a weekly retainer model. Engagements typically run 3–12 months. We'll give you a detailed estimate after a discovery call.
- Do you work with early-stage startups?
- Yes — we have a dedicated track for early-stage founders. We've worked with pre-seed companies all the way to Series C. We're comfortable with ambiguity and fast pivots.
- What does 'onshore' mean to you?
- 100% of our team is based in the United States. We believe proximity (timezone, culture, communication) matters for fast-moving projects.
- How much time will you need from us?
- We expect clients to invest 8–10 hours per week, primarily in planning, review, and decision-making. The more engaged you are, the better your product turns out.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Yes. We're happy to sign an NDA before discussing your project details.
